Our first step of the restoration process is to ensure your property is properly sealed off. First up? Boarding up windows, doors, roofing, or fencing that may have been damaged by the fire. We’ll also place a lock box on the front door allowing emergency responders, insurance adjusters, and our own professionals to access the property.

 If your home or commercial building has also been affected by water damage, our restoration process will also include pumping and airing out moisture. Our commercial grade heaters and fans will dry out all the contents. Removing all moisture is crucial in preventing mold growth.

Before we start rebuilding, we’ll be sure to collect any salvageable items and belongings. This is also when we’ll gather any vital items like clothing, so you can have necessary items by your side. If belongings are thoroughly damaged and can’t be salvaged, we’ll properly dispose of them. Next we’ll empty out the building so we can thoroughly clean all walls, floors, and surfaces. It’s important to remove all soot and debris that can further deteriorate your home or property.

Our repair process includes scraping, disinfecting, and repainting walls, as well as deodorizing and cleaning carpets, hard-surface flooring, ceilings, and all upholstery as needed. Not to mention electrical work, countertop resurfacing, and fence repair. But this list barely scratches the surface.
